Orissa HC orders semiannual review of public accountants over unlawful issuance of marriage declarations

Hearing on a request about a marriage testament gave by a legal official in Simulia region in Balasore, the High Court has passed the request.

The Orissa High Court has communicated disappointment over public accountants giving marriage testaments as they are neither approved nor lawfully qualified for it. The Court has felt that the legal officials are accomplishing this unlawful work either purposely or unknowingly.Taking the matter into account, the High Court has requested the Odisha government to lead a mindfulness program for every one of the public accountants in the State. The Court has additionally requested the public authority to review their reports no less than two times every year.
