J&K Student Uses Pepper Spray At Self-Defence Event, 13 Hospitalised

The self-preservation occasion was directed for understudies at Government Young ladies Higher Optional School in the Handwara region

 

Srinagar: More than twelve understudies of an administration school in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kupwara locale must be hospitalized after they fell oblivious during a self-protection occasion on Thursday, authorities said.

One of the understudies splashed pepper shower during the self-preservation occasion because of which 13 female understudies fell oblivious, they said.

 

Authorities said the understudies were promptly moved to a clinic for treatment.

 

A self-preservation occasion was led for understudies at Government Young ladies Higher Optional School in the Handwara region of the north Kashmir locale during the day.

 

Addressing columnists, Agent Administrator of Partner Emergency clinic GMC Handwara, Dr Aijaz Ahmad, said 13 understudies were brought to the clinic. After treatment, their condition is steady, he said.

 

He said the understudies had a response to the shower, and that there was compelling reason need to stress.
