A 7-year-old kid was purportedly physically attacked by his educational cost educator in a town in Uttar Pradesh, police said today, adding that the denounced has been captured.
The supposed occurrence occurred on January 17 when the kid went to his educational cost educator’s home. The charged educator is 30 years of age, Appointee Administrator of Police, Mohammad Usman said.
In view of an objection by the youngster’s maternal granddad, a FIR or police body of evidence was enrolled against the charged who was captured on Tuesday and shipped off prison, the DSP told Press Trust of India.
The FIR was enrolled under IPC Segment 377 (unnatural offenses) and The Assurance of Youngsters from Sexual Offenses Act (POCSO) Act, he said.
