According to the police, the Naga Sadhu’s disciple discovered his lifeless body in his room at the ashram late on Wednesday evening.
Ayodhya: A 44-year-old Naga Sadhu, Smash Sahare Das, was choked to death in the Hanumangarhi sanctuary complex in Uttar Pradesh’s Ayodhya on Thursday, the police said.
As per the police, Mr Das’ supporter, Durbal Das, found his dormant body in his room at the ashram late on Wednesday night. A profound imprint was noticeable on Mr Das’ throat, police said.
Police and criminological specialists showed up rapidly at the scene and started their examination. They are looking for Umesh Shukla, child of Rishabh Shukla, who lives in a similar complex and is viewed as a suspect. Mr Shukla is as of now on the run.
The CCTV cameras introduced in the sanctuary premises were additionally seen as turned off. This is the second episode at Hanumangarhi soon. A couple of days prior, a Naga Sadhu kicked the bucket by self destruction in a similar region.
The police are yet to determine the rationale in the homicide. In any case, they are examining all potential points, including individual competition and theft.
